All our switchboard enclosures come with the option of a hinged escutcheon for extra safety

When DaRa make switchboards, we try to think of everything. That’s why we design and build all our switchboard enclosures to comply with the all-new Australian Switchboard standards (AS/NZS 61439) and to meet or exceed the National Authority regulations.

Our experienced and passionate workforce design and manufacture enclosures to suit all environmental conditions, and our modular systems enable us to custom make an enclosure to any shape and size, that’s easily and safely accessible.

For example, by providing the option of a hinged escutcheon, electrical safety is improved during routine maintenance, and each switchboard escutcheon and panel is interchangeable to allow for right or left hinging.

When we custom build a switchboard, we offer a wide variety of optional extras so that your switchboard will meet your exact requirements, but we also offer optional extras on the enclosure too.

With options such as IPA studs on the escutcheon panel, the opportunity to colour match your enclosure to fit in with your décor, the choice of aluminium or brass gland plates, and an optional rainhood for outdoor applications, we really do give you the choice of creating an enclosure for your switchboard which will either stand out or blend into your surroundings, and keep your vital electrical equipment safe.
