Our 5000m2 National Manufacturing and Distribution facility in Mulgrave is equipped with state of the art equipment to produce sheet metal enclosures which are then powder coated in our semi-automated paint line. This facility has dedicated areas and machinery for:

3D design

In house 3D design capabilities using Solidworks for enclosure fabrication design coupled with JETCAM machining program to intergrate with machines

Turret punching

Trumf turret punching machines for efficient and accurate punching operations up to 6mm thick steel

Folding

Latest state of the art Machtech folding machines are used for press break operations

Welding and Grinding

Mig and Tig welding machinery used for welding operations (mild steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel )

Powder coating system

Semi-automated powder coating line with 3 stage preparation (wash, degrease, Phoscoat)

Copper fabrication

Copper fabrication machines are used in cutting, punching and bending the Copper and Aluminum conductors used in high current switchboards

Label engraving

State of the art Gravograph rotary engraver provides quality and groud breaking productivity in label making

Laser engraving, cutting and marking systems

Epilog laser equipment is used in producing the stainless steel labels and cable markers
